The weekend was okay. The location, although a bit far from the action, provided a peaceful escape. The pool and rooms offered great views and were comfortable enough. It was nice to have a complimentary shuttle to the town for a change of scenery. The food was alright and we enjoyed trying different cuisines.
There were some aspects that didn't meet our expectations. For a new hotel, there were a lot of opportunities for improvement.

The location of the hotel was great, surrounded by nature and offering stunning views of the lagoon. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, with modern amenities. The staff was friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. The complimentary shuttle to the beach and city center was a convenient bonus. The infinity pool was a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The restaurant served delicious Sri Lankan, Chinese, and Italian cuisine, including mouthwatering desserts.
There was one aspect of the hotel that could have been improved.

We had an enjoyable experience during our new year's stay. The view from the pool and our room was amazing. We also appreciated the friendly staff who made us feel welcome and comfortable. The hotel's location was convenient as it was only a short drive away from the city center and beach. the food offered at the hotel was outstanding, as we got to taste both Sri Lankan and international cuisine.
The hotel could have improved on a few things. The room could have been cleaner, as there were some minor issues with the cleanliness.
